British championship 2015

This weekend (27 to 29^th march 2015) will take place the gymnastic British championship in Liverpool!! A big competition with a lot of great gymnast from all over the UK. From the rings to the the floor routines, or the vault and the beam, the audience will be in front of a great exhibition of performances from Britain’s best.

Cara Kennedy

Today, a special post for you!

I have had the chance to meet Cara Kennedy, a young gymnast of 17 years old who participate to the Commonwealth game last year. I made her profile and speak with her about the Commonwealth.

FLOOR

The floor is a common apparatus for men and women. It is a 12 meters x 12 meters sprung floor with an additional one meter border of security. Sprung floor have often spring, like this gymnast can bounce more. They are cover by a wooden floor, a foam and a carpet.
